laurasdesigns Posted September 7, 2015 Share Posted September 7, 2015 I uploaded my cover header to the dimensions requested 1100 X 260 in a JPEG format, however when I see my header online as a consumer would be viewing it, well, it looks all distorted and much smaller - I measured and it was 900 X 180, I am not certain why this is happening, I tried to locate an answer here but there are just far too many post’s, can someone please explain this to me so that I can make the necessary adjustments?
