Tracking down a certain 'buyer request'

We do bid from the buyer request page and what an ideal buyer would do is sending a message first, referring to his/her request- that is my observation. But sometimes buyers do just make the order without making any conversation and then disappear.

The burden goes to you then to find out the response you made. Tell me please, is there any easy way to track down a certain buyer request without scrolling down the past posts and all?



PS: It’s when the buyer does not respond and you have to deliver the order without making delay and wait for him to respond.
