Got Less Money

Recently i completed a gig which was of $45 and according to fiverr’s standard commission we should get $36 … But I got $31 …The Timer is also showing after the order completed.I am attaching a Screen Shot Please check.



My Second Questions is.

In sales section-Upcoming earnings is showing $9.5 But I have only one running order in my account which is of $5. It should be display the correct payment i.e. $4



This Question i asked from Support Team. But i didn’t get any response. Anyone can tell what is reason of my problem. Or if anyone have same experience please share. 🙂

I’m afraid we cannot answer this question for you. You will have to wait for an answer from Fiverr Customer Service. They’re the only ones that can help you on this matter.
