Using skype for easier chat but delivery and payment done through Fiverr

Just as the title says, Can I get the buyer’s s***e to be able to communicate with him in a better way and at the end the project is delivered through Fiverr.



And no out payments is done too, Only the payment done through the Fiverr.

No, the only way you can really use s***e, is if the gig actually requires it. Like if someone offers coaching sessions or something like that, but even then they cannot give out the s***e until after the gig is paid for.

While it may seem better in some ways to do this, for your own liability and protection it is better to have all your conversations in writing. When someday the buyer says that you didn’t deliver what they wanted and Fiverr takes the money away, you can show them lots of proof.

There is never a reason to chat with a buyer on s***e (unless you have a gig that makes use of that).

If there is a problem you need to have a written record of what you told the buyer so customer support can help you.
