Messaging Disabled, I am not able to update or upload order since 5 days

hi, i have problem with my acount since 5 days. i am not able to reply to messages to talk to my customers. i am not able to upload my work on order page. i left tickets to customer support but i think customer support is on holidays. kindly help me i am so stuck cant do anything … this is my Ticket #1094535 . i am already too late so please want instant solution.😦
