Spammers are reducing my response rate

I’ve been receiving messages from spammers promoting their micro-jobs websites and stuff like that, but I receive them with spam requests so I cannot answer to them, but Fiverr still reduces my response rate due to this. Does it affect my business in any way?

surely if your reponse rate is low it will effect on your business as buyers only choose those sellers who have best response rate … BTW fiverr has closed messaged sending option then how they are contacting you???
Ps: fiverr stopped the buyer message sending option and that is the most disgusting thing fiverr has done…
