Im new on FIVERR

im a graphic designer from peru, also a translator in english and spanish, community manager and a fully creative person. im new on fiverr so i am wondering how to use it. im kinda confused though. im supposed to be a seller . because i will sell my services as a designer, translator, singer ,community manager among others. my question is . why is all the sellers selling their services on $5.00. its really cheap for a project to be done. As a professional its a very cheap price for a logo. or its the minimum price our buyers would have to pay in case the logo is just typographic maybe or flat? Could someone explain this interesting site to me ? so I can understand it better? Thanks in advance
