Starting a new business

I am planning to start a new business in Toronto. It is going to be a boutique with a reading area. I have found the perfect location and building for the boutique and now I need to register the business. Only if I show the registration the owner would rent me the room. I have contacted an online business incorporation ( http://www.ontariobusinesscentral.ca/ ) for registering the business. I need to import some items for the boutique . So if I have the business license and the building rent contract will I be able to import? Is there anything else that I should have to import things.
