Pending clearance orders

I have waited 2 weeks for the pending clearance, and i have some orders it should be cleared today 25august, but i still see it pending clearance, can any one tell me when it should be cleared?

I live in Italy and my orders get cleared in the very late evening or the next day with respect to date on the webpage… so be patient one day more and check if everything worked properly.
If not, contact Customer Support.
