I made my first sale on fiverr 1000 real like in less than 7 hours

is this good as a start or not?

Of course, anyone would be glad to get a sale in less than 7 hours. The down side of the type of gig you sold is that it isn’t likely to show up in Fiverr search for more than a few days if it shows at all. Social media promotion is not within the editorial focus of Fiverr and usually those gigs are removed from search at least, and down the road they are often denied.
