Paypal withdraw button doesnt work 3 days

I am having the exact problem. Paypal button is grayed out, but inexplicably, the Fiverr Revenue Card button is alive and well. I sent a message to Customer Support yesterday, but no response. You work hard for a small amount of money, wait two weeks for it and then you get nothing. Hysterical.

Then you are very lucky ozzieuk. I have been trying to withdraw for the last 5 days with absolutely no luck. Sent a message to Support, but got no response.

I always marvel at posts that say Customer Support is busy that is why they are not responding. That is a less than stellar excuse for not communicating with sellers. A blanket message written right here in the forum from Fiverr apologizing for the problem and assuring sellers they are working on it would suffice. Not saying anything at all is an even bigger problem than the actual grayed out Paypal button. The feeling is as uncomfortable as asking someone in the office a question and they completely ignore you.

Customer Support in its’ truest sense is more than a department, it is an attitude.
