I have tried looking in the forms and could not find what I’m looking for.



If I want to help someone with their WordPress, would I have to work on the WordPress site by using the files in a folder they send me, or can the person set me up a guest account so I can go in and work on their WordPress site directly?



If anyone could help me here as I do not want to violate Fiverr TOS, that would be great.
