Here is the best I can provide between the Levels page and a post someone else made about Customer Support reply:-Completed at least 50 individual orders in two consecutive months-Maintain a 4.5 star rating or above-Have a low cancellation rate Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

chellevanhoy Posted August 22, 2015 Author Share Posted August 22, 2015 Apparently, another criterion is that the account must be active for 60 days, so even if you meet all of the other requirements, you have to be active for 60 days before you get promoted.
