Could anyone help me how to report an unethical seller?

On his task delivery my seller wrote “please I’m losing ratings on my service” and sent me a picture of coconat tree instead of the transcription delivery. I had question about his unethical conduct but he did not reply it. I tried to report this matter to the Fiverr administration/officer about this experience but did not find its access. Could anyone help me? I just hope that no other buyers will become his future victims. Thank you.
