Question about contact

I sent someone a message to their inbox in the dialogue we have had. I wanted to order another gig. However, the messages I sent disappeared. When I went to the mobile sire (as opposed to the Fiverr app which I ordinarily use) I could not open up the conversation in my inbox but I was able to open up other conversations. Would this be a technical glitch? I have never had any conflict with the seller. The seller has always done great work and enjoys working with me. I am hoping the seller received my messages even if they don’t show up on my thread.
