marsch001
It says that the estimated delivery time is based on your actual delivery times. Well, I have always delivered within a few hours and while sometimes that might be the following day (due to time differences), I have never taken two days to deliver a gig. I actually went through and looked at my deliveries, and they are for the most part done the day the gig was ordered. Yet, my listed estimated delivery time is 2 days.So I was wondering if someone else had this problem? I think that my delivery time is based, not on my actual delivery time, but is based on how long I say that I will finish the order within. Because when I deliver a gig, the countdown clock doesn’t stop (does it for anyone?).Are the estimated delivery times based on your actual delivery, or on the completion of the project, or on something else entirely or is it just a temporary glitch (for me)?My viewing stats also haven’t changed, even though I know people have viewed my gigs, so that’s why I thought it might be a glitch on my account.Any help with this would be appreciated! scriptwizard
Hi marsch001, Delivery times is based on what number you put into that box “estimated delivery time” & nothing else. You will notice from time to time that glitches will appear in all sorts of places but more often than not they will sort themselves out. As for the number of views a gig gets; I didn’t know there was such a feature here in Fiverr… Unless I am very much mistaken & this new feature appeared without me ever knowing about it… I always wondered why this feature didn’t exist but could you tell me where you think it is? marsch001
Reply to @scriptwizard: Under My Gigs and Show Stats, under each individual Gig (next to Promote and Add Video - unless you already have a video).I’m not sure how new it is, as I have not been a member for very long. marsch001
It says, under my gig stats, that; "Duration is based on your actual delivery performance."I took this to mean that it is based on how quickly I delivered the gigs, not how much time I say I will deliver it within. I haven’t edited the gig time since I created the gigs, so it’s not a matter of it merely being slow to update.

scriptwizard
Ahh! I see you meant the average lead time… Thanks for pointing this stats feature out, I would never had noticed it otherwise (me eyes aren’t great)… We live & learn something new every day.I looked at my stats for the very first time & I can definitely assure you it is not accurate at all (but probably will be at some future date after it has done a lot of catch-up). marsch001
Reply to @scriptwizard: As I’m new, I think I might not be up on all the correct lingo, but yes, that is what I mean.Any time! I’m glad I could be of some help. 🙂And that is a relief, and I hope that it will one day be accurate. It would be interesting to see how many people view my gigs, because if there’s a lot of people, but few orders, then I might need to edit them, because there must then be something that makes them not order.
