Can't get a reply from Customer Service

I put in a support ticket 3 days ago, now I am in danger of loosing my perfect delivery rating because the deliver now button disappeared on the order. The buyer and I have been in touch through the messaging system and he is really needing his order, but If I deliver it through the message system I risk the chance of not getting paid.

Would be nice to have this fixed before time runs out on the delivery clock.
