I have got a Negative Review. What Should I do ? :(

I have got a Negative review from buyer which drops my rating to 89%. I cannot even make an offer to buyer requests because the rating is below 90%. What should I do Now ? 😦

Maybe offer the buyer a revision/modification and hope that they change it to positive.
Other than this, there is no way to remove it except for keep working.
The positive ratings will improve the overall rating.
