Fiverr Pay Pal Payment Error?

Not sure if this is the right category as there isn’t one specifically for technical issues.



Been trying to buy a gig for over an hour - 2 different browsers, caches cleared, etc. - and keep getting error "Error Detected

The certificate has expired. Please use a valid certificate.

Help anyone? Is it me or is it fiverr? I buy fiverr gigs nearly every day & have never had this problem.

They INSIST that we dont give our credit card info to anybody, but we cannot use the paypal (the only way it lets me pay) to pay…?



The worst part is, there is nothing WE can do about it…we have tp wait for a Fiverr staff to fix their button…

Yes Ive tried contacting support…

I am seeing on another thread that they arent getting back to people for DAYS at this moment (and even deleting peoples’ tickets as one person stated) so im hoping it is fixed before that…

I would hate for people to get impatient and give out their credit card info to sellers just to get their gigs:(

Thanks for posting this. When I searched the forum it came up with nothing so I started this thread. It seems to be mostly fixed now. Still doesn’t automatically return to fiverr but at least we can pay and get gigs started.
