Delivery Button and Message box missing in Order after get the stock image

I am facing very critical problem in order. I sent a offer for stock photo during order. Buyer accept the offer then i choose stock photo and then download it. But after downloading the photo, i can see there is no delivery button and no message box in order. Still order time running. I get second time same problem. I am new who is facing this problem or someone is facing same problem like that? Solution?

I’m having the same problem, and it’s the same in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet explorer. Cleared cache in all browsers, logged out, logged back in. Pic included, basically I made a custom offer, the buyer accepted… then the delivery button vanished. Clock is ticking, but support hasn’t responded.
