How do I post and promote my gigs on the My Fiverr Gigs forum?

Hi I have been selling on Fiverr for about 3 months and I just made it to Level 1 seller status yayyyy!..I get about 2-4 orders every couple of days and I’m hoping that will pick up soon. I’m still learning the tricks of the trade on how to make my gigs more appealing. My question is I see other sellers promoting their gigs on the My Fiverr Gigs section how do I post my gigs there for others to see? And does it really help with getting you more orders.
