Can't Reply To Customers

Hello i was wondering is it just me or is there something wrong with fiverr



It seems i’m facing a problem contacting the customers or even to reply …



can’t even update the statut of orders !

Network Updates
We are currently experiencing some difficulties with videos, images, and file attachments (deliveries) due to a 3rd party issue. We are working to resolve this issue and will notify you when it’s fixed.

I had difficulties replying or delivering my orders last week, and when I clicked on the name of the buyer in question their account no longer existed. I had to contact fiverr support to have the orders cancelled for me, as I could not even put in a cancellation request since it requires being able to communicate with them.

It was like 5 people, too. I don’t know if they were spam bots or what the issue was.
