Help! Buyer didn't read the description and ask for refund

I have a gig that clearly described what the stock photos are about. I have no problem selling for years. Then, one guy didn’t read properly, asked for refund after receiving the photos. Now, I worry about he leaves bad reviews to ruin my score. Should I refund him after I already delivered? Thanks for help!

If he leaves a bad review, cancellation will remove it and refund him. If it is not too much money, it might be better to cut your losses. A bad review hurts much more than losing a few bucks. Cancellation will mean that he can’t leave a bad review.
