Paypal button uncklickable

Hello, is anyone facing the same problem?

I can’t click the paypal button, it’s grey and uncklickable, my revenue already cleared and show in my fiverr balance, but can’t click the paypal button.

please check your revenue pages and let me know if its a bug for all or only me, thank you.

Hi hanoti,
one of your buyers may have contacted customer support that you didn’t deliver as you promised…
Please contact customer support and they will shade more light on your issue…
This happened to me few months back and I was able to withdraw after the issue was fixed…
