Cant scroll down to start order

I ordered but can’t start the order b/c the screen won’t scroll down far enough for me to hit the start button. What to do?

The short-cut may be different depending on which browser you’re using, but anytime I’m on a website that creates this kind of problem I just push CONTROL and the “-” minus key. Push them together at the same time and your browser will shrink the webpage. Some pages I have to go as far as 50% of the original to see or do what I need. When you’re done shrinking the page, you can blow it back up again with CONTROL and the “+” key. If the keyboard shortcut doesn’t work, you should be able to zoom in or out from the option menu - again, just depends on which browser you’re using.
