How do I cancel a gig?

I have placed an order and paid however, the seller has not been able to produce by the agreed upon date and is not responding to my messages. How do I cancel a gig?

Hi, if he’s a level 2 or Top rated seller, the system gives him another 24 hours after the deadline to deliver, if he does not you can cancel.
For now leave him a message saying that you want to cancel or contact customer support about it and they will help.
