What The Heck? 3 Gigs Created But One Active?

What the heck? I have created 3 gig (mention as active) but only 1 gig activeted.

Its a Fiverr System BUG, not updating properly.

I have 17 GIGs active but counter shows 8.

I have 5 active, 1 suspended and my counter shows 0 Active and 1 Suspended.

Which reminds me I need to reactivate my sixth one xD

Yeah, it’s a “bug” alright. I had the same thing - only three of my four ‘green active gigs’ showed as active in the ‘gray active gigs’ bar. I contacted Customer Support about it a week and a half ago. They replied that they would look into it and get it fixed. Today only TWO show up as active in the gray bar! That is not what I consider “fixed”.

In the same boat! However, many customers are still finding my gig, so I think it’s just a matter of it displaying incorrectly on our panel.

I think Fiverr HQ should buy some of the programmer gigs and get the backend sorted out! 😉

I faced the same problem too. My gigs were active, but the dashboard indicated 0. There were no visitors for my gigs. This is obviously a bug that has been around for a long time. I am disappointed that they did not resolve this problem once and for all. I have written to them and I still have not got a response.

Friendly reminder (or new info for folks who don’t “search” the forum): Fiverr is well aware that the view stats aren’t working and haven’t been for some time - they say they are on it.



The only thing you can do about discrepancies in your active orders or search results is to contact Customer Support - they are the only people who can help at all. But understand that much of what they can, or will do, is purely subjective and may not make any sense. (Or be fair.) And be patient, CS has been backed up and are taking days to respond.

I already mentioned it in another thread about search results, but I’ll do it again for convenience. Customer Support replied to me that quite simply “all user gigs do not appear in search results” & “the only way to see all of a user’s gigs is to visit their profile page”.
