grafficalmuse
First, let me say that I don’t really consider myself a designer, I’m more of a semi skilled self taught photoshop user, and I’m just starting to create things for other people on Fiverr to get out of my creative comfort zone. I’ve been using PS for many years, mostly for editing stuff for my website and creating digital thingys (technical term). This is the problem, I swear, every time I have to submit a draft for a gig, I get so worried. I’m terribly afraid of giving someone something sucky. Plus I’m not really comfortable with suggesting things, I do it, but nervously and I’m always second guessing myself. I’ve had happy clients so far, but I’m afraid it’s just dumb luck. Does confidence come with experience?
grafficalmuse
I also sell on Etsy, but not made to order stuff like fiverr.
jonbaas
Yes. It often does. Experience usually leads to increase confidence because you are more familiar with how something works, and your less hindered by uncertainty.
