so I got a buyer and i don’t do SEO which I told him and asked to cancel on his end…NOW I can’t cancel the gig as he doesn’t accept emails…it says now that I am late with the job and I can’t seem to cancel it from my end either…What gives? what happens now with this buyer?

I would contact customer support. If you can no longer send an email to the buyer it may be because their account got banned for doing some not so good things. If someone was trying to order SEO and you do not do SEO, sounds like maybe they were up to no good. Contact Fiverr to get it resolved.
