Not necessarily a scam, maybe they didn’t like what you deliver. Suppose Jerry delivers a pdf about making money online, and his buyer doesn’t like it. Then he can demand a refund.

Some buyers are evil. This woman hired me once, and I cancelled because she didn’t want to pay for a gig extra (I charge $10 for domain searches).

Then she hires me again, and feeling sorry for her, I do the domain searches for free. Then she demands a cancellation because she doesn’t like the work.

That’s Fiverr, at least be happy you didn’t get a bad review.

@fastcopywriter much bad happen with me. one lady hire me for SEO report. i did like do for everyone for her website . after this she put in modification and ask me what is this. i then i give her small knowledge of my report. after this she gave me 1 star review with comment. Comment below.

“I dont know what any of this means. I am not an SEO person… I wanted feedback on what to do . Not this”

My work is provide the report and step by step SEO plan. i did. but she want i will tell her how to do. is it possible for $5? i told her to buy my SEO services i will help her to solve the problem.

Reply to @mallika255: Some buyers are crazy, why they do what they do is beyond me. Sometimes they wait weeks to demand a revision or a refund. Sometimes they give you 1-star without talking to you first, and then you have to tell them that if they remove the review, you’ll refund their money. I used to just refund those orders, but Fiverr told me your rating won’t improve if you do it that way.

My advice? Make your gigs as clear as possible so the right people order. This won’t guarantee you won’t get bad buyers, but maybe you’ll scare some of the bad ones away.
