Guest justafterwords Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 i went to someone to order a service. i didn’t get what i ordered. i contacted the person offering the service, and received no resolution there. so, i used the resolutions centre. just moments ago it showed the order would be cancelled in less than five minutes unless the seller refused. well, i go back about 10 minutes later, and it shows one minute remaining. a minute and a half later i refresh the page, it now show six minutes. what the hell? this is the second problem i have had on fiverr in less than a month.how do you cause a purchase to cancel? i really don’t want to go to american express to resolve this. but…why does the time to cancellation now run up rather than down?
