What to do with incomplete orders?

Hi I’ve never posted here before, so please do go easy on me :-).

Basically, I’ve had two orders placed over a week ago, the exact dates are; 25th March & 26th March, they are from two separate buyers. On both occasions they haven’t ‘submitted the information’ that I need for the gig to start. (One is a CV proofread, and the other is a document proofread).

Now, I’ve sent multiple messages to both buyers, but neither of them have logged in since they paid for the order with me. Without their work, I simply cannot start.

Oh, another one I got 3-days ago was a $20 tip, but because the buyer didn’t submit any information, it’s just lying there unusable…

What do I do?!
