No download facility

I’ve been trying to get hold of someone at fiverr for the last couple of days. I finally found an email: feedback@fiverr.com but no response to my request as yet. For some reason when I purchase a gig (video intros) there’s only the facility to view the video, not download it. It didn’t used to be like this. Can someone help me please - I’ve been on this for 3 days now and the seller isn’t getting back to me and neither is anyone at fiverr.

Right click on the video name and try to click on save as or whatever option is similar on your browser
