Upload not working

Please hurry up and sort this @fiverrsupport! Got a stupid amount of work to upload today but I’m getting the message:



UNKOWN ERROR



Regardless of file size.

This happens to me ALL THE TIME! So frustrating. Usually I just give up and put the files on dropbox, but the last few weeks it has certainly happened more than in the past. Drives me crazy lol

Seconding Dropbox. I wrote to Fiverr and made sure it was okay, and am keeping the email just in case, but that may have been overly cautious on my part. Many sellers use it to deliver work that’s oversized or just won’t upload.

I just had to cancel one order I can’t deliver because of this.

@diegus I just read your initial post, that seems pretty lousy that they can’t even upload jpeg files, can’t see why they wouldn’t be allowed through, unless it’s something at their end like not having the correct version of Adobe Flash or something? I remember a few ppl had that problem when trying to upload photos on Facebook, it was simply because Adobe wasn’t updated, so it could be something as simple as that but probably not if it’s a common occurrence on here?
I could see if I can send them, to make sure it’s not a Fiverr issue, free of course and I won’t steal or look at the work, you can zip them and put a password on them for security reasons of course but perfectly understandable if not, I just like helping ppl that is all 🙂
