Not seeing paypal or payoneer buttons

I have been having the weirdest problem: I can’t see my payoneer or paypal buttons to release my money. The buttons work, they just aren’t there. So when I hover over where they are I can see the link pop up in the left bottom corner but the buttons are invisible. I thought it might be my browser so I switched from chrome to mozilla. Then I thought it might be an OS problem since I run Ubuntu - I checked my tablet, my iPhone, two other computers and my Evo - but still no buttons show. It’s not a big deal because I can still withdraw. It’s just that on two different times, I withdrew money accidentally because I moved the mouse near the invisible button. I checked with support but they told me no one else has complained.
