sydneymorgan Posted July 29, 2015 Share Posted July 29, 2015 I’ve had this bug for a while now, and it’s a pain because I’m an writer/editor so I have to put files in every delivery!I can send and receive fine on both the messages page and the order page, it’s just the files won’t always attach properly in the delivery box. It’s not an issue with special characters in the title or anything like that. It happens frequently but not on every order. It will show uploaded on the delivery page, I click send, and then later I’ll get a message/modification from a buyer telling me they didn’t get the file (luckily most are understanding, but some try to cancel/think I’m scamming them/try to report ASAP/etc.). I can easily re-send right there on the order page or in messages and it goes through fine.Anyone else have this problem?Sydney Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
