Why lower sales in two months? what happened?

I work a year with fiverr, in the last two months, I lost sales for negatives reviews (unfairs) and I want more sales in my account, Im graphic and web designer from chile, I dont know why the buyers prefer to fakes designers? :((

Your rating is 89% that’s really bad, you should’ve been carefull with orders, you got negative reviews, you should’ve communicated with the buyers and gave them unlimited revisions till they are satisfied to make sure you get a positive rating, it’s not always about getting the money, it’s about delivering quality work and making sure your rating is high to keep getting sales.

Try contacting the buyers and offer them solution for their orders like revisions or something if they accept to change the negative rating back if they are satisfied with what you offer.
