There should be a mutual cancellation request if you placed the order.
If the seller declines the request, go to Customer Support and tell them the problem

No, you have up to 14 days for completed orders to file for a cancellation.
Don’t worry, you will not lose your $10.
Just mark the gig as not completed/ask for modification until it’s canceled .

Reply to @kiku194: This is correct way to send mutual cancellation request for buyer and if buyer create any issue about cancellation then you can contact customer support team.

Reply to @kiku194: hello, that means your buyer was use unauthorised payment source or stolen card use for payment. when original payment holder file charge back then fiverr cancel order and close buyer account and money will be returned in original payment source.
