I forget my security question and i want to change to add my bank account. I have submitted ticket but no response yet. Anyone guide me how to change my security question ?

if you forgot the answer No one can help you but the customer support, you have to be patient and wait, they take 24-48 hours to respond, wait for it and they will help you

I saw that your first buyer gave you only 4 stars even tho he left a great review, maybe he did a mistake, now your ating is 93% and that will not help you ge more sales.

I recommand contacting that buyer and ask him to change the rating to 5 stars since he already said that “you did more than what you were asked to”, tell him that 4 stars will harm your rating, asn ask him to change it to 5 stars if he thinks you deserve it.
