I am new for fiverr. Is it common not to get a respond from fiverr customer support for days? What is the best way to communicate with them or get a response.?

you need to contact via only customer support ! customer support take usually 24 to 48 hours for reply.

some time he/she will reply with in few hours only.

They used to repay 1-2 days.

They are loaded down with requests. Never send repeated requests for the same problem, they can really delay things if they are annoyed.

W@hat Help? What customer Support? What is a gig? $5 gig a joke? Unable to find a web-designer to do my website for under $200 (40 gigs no enough?). I think I need to go back to elance.
