First bad experience on Fiverr

I had my first bad experience on Fiverr.

Some buyer ordered my gig and I sent delivery on time. But buyer canceled order and deleted his profil.

What to do?

this type of buyer not genuine, if buyer immediate close account that means this type of buyers is not genuine

Maybe the buyer was banned by Fiverr, I would suggest to contact customer support they should be able to help you get an answer.

That’s likely a buyer that was committing payment method fraud by stealing a credit card or abusing someones Paypal account. If the rightful owner initiated a chargeback the money would be refunded and the account would be canceled.
