saber1
It’s crazy how many copycat gigs you can find with a quick search, give it a try you’ll be surprised, even in my case which is a more personalized gig with videos for each I found all my gig text had been copied and used to promote their own page.Hey, well knowing that copying are a form of flattery I shouldn’t be to annoyed, depending on the gig type this maybe very damaging in some cases. dashingcovers
Yeah I’ve noticed quite a few as well. The reason why many are copying gig descriptions is most likely, in my opinion, due to some “how to get successful on fiverr” tutorials out there. Many of them tell you to look for the most popular fiverr gigs and then do what they do. Their intention was probably not to give the idea to plagiarize their content, but to get an idea to write their own content using similar keywords.I think its better to keep it original. 🙂
sebski22
Is there anyway to protect against this type of thing? has anyone any experience of Fiverr stepping in to protect established sellers from being plagiarized in such a way.
lparziale
I do think Fiverr try to police this, not sure if they are successful or not.
