It makes sense. If you are not going to provide thorough rules and strict, site-wide policies, please ensure that there is sufficient staff to respond to buyers’ and sellers’ needs.

Yes, I have noticed that customer support now takes over 2 days to respond when they used to take less than an hour. I sometimes have to send my request twice to get their attention.

I’ve only been here a couple of months and am obviously not a “priority seller” (yet), but I feel really bad for the folks who are reporting 6 days of waiting on important issues.

I am doing a private survey about what people (Fiverr members) want most in the way of changes here in Fiverr, in the hope to amass enough info to work out what are the most pressing issues to a majority of people here.
