Where on the fiverr website do i find the Fiverr Buyer Customer Support [RESOLVED]

I requested a gig. Paid by Paypal and have receipt. Not showing up on Sellers work list, not on my Activity List. Losing days (and money/gig gone into the ether). sent an email to support@fiverr.com… (found this email on a web chat) but to no avail. Help please

Reply to @mural777: Fiverr doesn’t want you to contact them!! The link is in the footer at the bottom of the page. Look for “Help” and the link is
https://www.fiverr.com/support

As long as you are signed into fiverr.com the support page uses the same password. Just click Sign In at the top of the page. Of course, submitting a ticket is complicated with all the choices.

Reply to @kjblynx: Hmm, I’ll have to check that. I don’t talk crap, I just say it the way it is which most people don’t want to hear because most live in a fantasy world not accepting the reality and would rather deny instead. In any case, you can help the buyer by providing full details as the fiverr system is confusing to a lot of people. Now wonder fiverr revenues are down. It needs to be simple and easy to use, but it’s not. Helping someone to achieve what they need is good communication.

Reply to @edume: It is actually not that difficult to contact Fiverr. They are slow to respond in many cases and I’m the first to say that they have plenty of faults. The contact info is on the forum pages though, at the top of the help pages, and they have more than one email address that has been passed around on and off. It isn’t the most user friendly site I’ve been on by a long shot, but with a little patience it isn’t that bad.

I really don’t understand why people has so much trouble finding things in the Internet.
There’s one thing called Google, you enter ‘Fiverr support’, and you’re there 🙂

Did you log out, clear you cache and reboot your computer? I had this happen once before where I bought something using paypal and it wasn’t showing up the way it normally does. AFter I rebotted everything and logged back in it was there.
