When I buy a license for commercial use here on Fiverr, do I receive a file for documentation?

I had a custom gig (artwork) created here on Fiverr to use for commercial purposes.
I bought the extra “License for Commercial Use” gig offered. So, I was wondering if I would receive a release form or text file documentation for the rights for commercial use.
