This might be the reason for lack of sales for new sellers

Hey guys.



If you guys are facing the same problem mentioned, not getting enough sales, that’s because when a buyer searches for something, ’ HIGH RATING ’ list appears first. And Gigs with decent amount of reviews are there so he/she doesn’t need to check the recommended list. Earlier this was different ’ Recommended ’ list was the preferred search results.



Of course this just a one main reason for not getting sales. But there’s nothing we can do about it. Fiverr team should consider shifting or rotating HIGH RATING & RECOMMENDED list.



We should continue promoting outside fiverr to get more sales.

Hey, not that I am a new seller, but I always first get to the recommended tab. What browser are you guys using? I’m a full mac geek (iMac, macbook pro retina) and use safari. I get on the recommended tab.

Fiverr is always a little buggy from time to time.

Recommended is the first tab that comes up for me though.

If my memory serves me well, I think rather if Recommended or High Ranking appears first depends on if you are logged in or not. Logged in = Recommended. Not Logged In = High Ranking

I get recommended, which always makes me shake my head as many in my category are actually not recommended/low rating or have ratings that are less than 5 star. Why they even bother with a recommended tab is beyond me.
