Finicky Customer

A customer is asking for online assistance. The tool i created is in English version of Excel 2013 and works perfectly in 2010 and 2013. However the customer has some other language software and also is not able to respond correctly and accurately in english. I can provide assistance but for that i would have to do screen share over s***e or similar software.

I wanted to know if that is ok with Fiver policies or do i have to stick to writing in messages only ?

Or should i do something else… please suggest.

The order is closed and paid as the customer didn’t respond on time in 3 days after submission of order.
