What we should be more worried about

Every seller is talking about “how do we get orders?”. But getting the orders isn’t just enough. Making sure that both parties get a win win conclusion is the best satisfaction we should be after. Personally, it gives me great joy to see that my buyers end up happy by leaving positive reviews before I relax and start celebrating whatever amount they spent on that order. Buyers can leave messages like



"You did a great job. But I have just a little modification to make" or

"Nice! you are on the right track. Can you add so and so? it’ll make it complete".



If such buyers end up not leaving a feedback or a review, I usually send them messages just to remind them that they might have forgotten to leave a feedback because I’m pretty sure that if I don’t, I might end up giving away a positive review.
