Order canceled by customer support. Why?

This just happend to me, i delivered the goods and they even left me positive feed back i look today and it was canceled by Customer Support . Not happy about this!

Scam not secure payment.

why are you take 20%.

This is canceled may be your buyer used unauthorized payment source, thats the reason customer support cancel this order for safety purpose

If it’s the case then what should i do because it’s not my fault and why they didn’t check at the time of order. They cancel the order after the completion of order and when i was about to receive the amount in my account from fiverr after 20 days from order completion

Have you filed a ticket with support?

Reply to @meerakhan: in that case you can’t do anything… may be fiverr need to care about this situataion. but you can contact customer support for this issue.
