Offered to get their book published on Fiverr?

I’m just wondering if it’s one of those too-good-to-be-true moments. This guy says he’ll publish my book because he’s a publisher, and I’ll get 50/50 royalties. He’ll even “pay for the cover and extensive advertising”. As the naturally suspicious person I am, I took it upon myself to Google-image-search his profile picture. Turns out there’s this social media expert guy who has a slightly different name (both J’s) with a Twitter. I feel kinda bad jumping to conclusions with this “publisher”, but from my own experience trying to get published- it usually doesn’t just fall into your lap.



Anyone have a similar experience? Tips and ideas?
